Automation Expert : Integrate Retell AI with Multiple Google Calendars via Make.com

Description:
We are looking for a talented automation expert with hands-on experience in Make.com (formerly Integromat) and Google Calendar integrations to help us build a multi-calendar appointment scheduling system for a medical office.
Project Overview:
We currently use Retell AI to answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. However, all appointments are being booked into a single Google Calendar, regardless of which doctor the patient is trying to see.
We now want to scale this setup to support multiple doctors, each with their own independent Google Calendar (managed via individual Google accounts or shared calendars). The goal is for the bot to automatically book appointments in the correct doctor’s calendar based on the caller’s intent.
Key Tasks:
Design and build a Make.com scenario that connects Retell AI with multiple Google Calendars
Identify doctor based on Retell AI output and route the booking to the right calendar
Use Google Calendar modules in Make.com to:
Check calendar availability
Create events
Optionally delete/reschedule events
Handle calendar selection dynamically
Ensure proper error handling, logging, and modular design for future scaling (adding more doctors/calendars)
Requirements:
Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat)
Strong knowledge of Google Calendar API within Make.com
Ability to work with webhooks, JSON, and API-based automation flows
Basic understanding of how Retell AI outputs booking intent (we’ll provide examples)
Good communication skills (English required)
Bonus Points:
Experience with healthcare appointment systems
Familiarity with AI voice bot integrations
Understanding of time zone handling in calendar events
