Identify and shortly describe 3-5 core processes of your company (for each process: input, output, key stages/activities, key actors/stakeholders, and functional dept. involved—these are the “as-is” process)
Identify, and briefly justify selection of, one process that requires improvement (in terms of most feasible/most impact)
Map key events/activities of that one process using Bizagi or other flowchart software
Identify, analyze and explain major drawbacks/bottlenecks/faults in that one selected process:
• Describe possible improvements (resource utilization, process revision, better coordination of corporate units/personnel, etc.)
• Consider this like a pitch to the CEO to justify process change
