Nashville TN Trunk Show Representative
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Our luxury handbag brand is hosting a three-day trunk show in Nashville from October 16–18, 2025, featuring handbags, jewelry, and accessories. The space will be handed over empty, so I need an extra set of experienced retail hands to move us smoothly from an empty room to a polished pop-up boutique and back again.
You’ll step in at three key moments:
• Set-up on the evening of October 15, 8pm-11pm: unload inventory, set up display.
• Show hours (Oct 16 2pm-6pm, Oct 17 8am-11pm, Oct 18 8am-1:30pm): greet shoppers, explain product details, close sales, and draft itemized invoices. A solid retail sales background will help you guide hesitant buyers and keep average transaction value high.
• Breakdown on the afternoon of October 18 after 1:30pm: pack unsold stock, reconcile totals, pack up display pieces, affix return labels for suitcases to be shipped back.
Most transactions will be run on Square, and invoices are hand-written, so familiarity with Square—or the willingness to learn quickly—is important. I’ll supply all hardware, collateral, and merchandising props; you bring punctuality, tidy presentation, and that confident retail floor energy.
If you have at least one year of retail sales experience and can commit to the full schedule, I’d love to hear how you would keep the booth buzzing and the paperwork flawless.
