cv updates

I am a Professor of Biomedical Engineering working in academia and have a 59- page CV that needs to be updated and reformatted. The right person will be familiar with academic CV formatting, including the proper way to cite journal articles, books, chapters, encyclopedia entries, patents, patent applications, awards, chapters, posters, presentations, and abstracts. The CV also needs properly- formatted updates to my academic appointments, hospital appointments, honors, grant support, University committee work, teaching work, thesis sponsorship and committee work, editorial work, and consulting work. Some familiarity with engineering or physics will be helpful.
