need to develop a resume tonight I have been at a job for 18 years, I can assist on the phone asap with my highlights and an outline , I need to give to job lead tomorrow, he said it doesn't have to be perfect as he knows I did not have one created due to my current job tenure but I don't want to put junk out there and struggling with how I want to lay it out
