resume optimize

I need help optimizing my resume. I don’t have notable achievements (I included two that are not that good), my GPA is not great (yet), and I don’t want to lie about anything (of course). I do have a good amount of related work experience, and I am (usually) a skilled writer. I will attach a very rough draft of my resume and a description of the internship I am applying for (it is for labor relations or is HR related).
