CV and resume development expert needed

Hello,
Our company received a request from some freelance experts who want to promote their resumes, their consulting experiences so we help them send out their resumes on their behalf to specific employers they send us so they save their time not to apply themselves.
We need very good English speaker, who is patient and expert in extracting data to help us promote the experts' resumes to the employers and opportunities they provide us to do. The consultant we hire for applying on their behalf has to have good experience in resumes development, and good in English, patient and dedicated to secure them some interviews soon. A NDA has to be signed. We pay 4$ per hour for this job. All data and resumes will be provided so you can apply and promote the experts.
