I need the most amazing resume,

I have soo much experience in management . I often feel very drawn on in my resumes.. I also have a large gap form breaking my back… I have two period when I worked at places short time Bc I was actually being recruited by each company and I truly believe in growth. I need a unique way to highlight or explain these things that I know are not getting me the job I am over qualified for. I am ready now for the next step to be a store manager so I need to sound extremely confident with wording not listing facts and daily task they know this .. I am a sales manager SELL ME!
