I need a resume specialist who can help me clear Software Engineer internship applications

I am looking for an experienced resume specialist to help me with my application for an Software Engineering internship. I have already gathered all of the materials that I believe I will need, such as old resumes, cover letters, and so on. However, I am having difficulty formatting and wording the bullet points in my resume in an effective way. Furthermore, I'm having trouble getting past the ATS resume screening from the internships I apply to. I need someone with expertise in these areas to provide guidance on how to properly format and word my resume and cover letter to give me the best chance of success.
