create a resume in word document

My project is to create a resume in a word document .The resume needs to be comprehensive, thorough, and prepared perfectly to get the job I'm applying for. I can provide as much detail and directions as needed to make sure the resume meets all my qualifications. I also need to show mys kills in scales.(Something like level scales in my resume). Formatting needs to be taken care of .
