Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication

responsibility for the complete management of the house. This includes quality service management of our clients, staff management, liaising with families, budget management, incident reporting, rostering and stakeholder management. Ensuring our clients enjoy and learn life skills at their respite stays
I would like my profile to talk to my professional attitude, empathetic nature and my enthusiasm to make those around me life better. Strong disposition to coaching and mentoring others to develop their skill sets. Motivated by seeing others succeed, but competitive at achieving strong results also. Obviously looking for a great wordsmith here :)
