WFH Resume

I need a resume created - i have no work from home experience so I'm not sure what do put down
i need someone who has the skill and knowledge to FULLY create the resume from summary - to skills - to past work experience
I DO NOT have any work from home experience my past job experience was in the nursing field so you must be comfortable and capable of creating a past work history and skill sets for entry level into tech - customer support phone and customer support chat jobs - do not ask my budget read and understand job and give me a price based on that i don't have an exact time frame but sooner rather than later is best - please understand how to use keywrods in resumes in order for my resume to be considered by whatever automatic systems companies use
my ideal job is a chat or data entry and/or entry level tech industry no phone job but i want you to add some work history on their for data entry - phone and chat the ideal person will know exactly what to write and be able to give me some general companies to list and add for past work experience adding the section where i will put my name and contact information which i can later edit myself - also the ideal person will have a knowledge of keyword usage - ATS approved resume - i am also interested in a tech no degree required job and i would like these skills added to my resume as well
please use the phrase "i can resume" so i know you read and understand the job please give me an exact price for doing this job only people with the phrase word will be considered for the job
