Update Resume for LPC

I'm imagining this will be a collaborative project to update and format a new resume and a CV. I currently have a 1.5 page resume that I will attach below. I'm aware the formatting is a bit out of date, but I hope it gives us a place to start. I've never been great about hyping myself up or use of professional adjectives. I'd like to have better wording for the descriptions of my previous jobs and I'm fine with taking some of the descriptions from descriptions of similar jobs if that's an option. My work history goes back farther than what I have on here, I can provide more information on that for the CV.
