I'm looking to create a resume to highlight my skills that will be applicable to a general industry. I'm specifically wanting to focus on my manufacturing skills and utilize a functional format. I'm looking to effectively present my qualifications and experience that will target the industry and position I'm applying for. Ultimately, I want my resume to communicate the value I can bring and how my background will help the employers or companies I'm applying to. Need skills resume. I am changing careers after 20 years as an HVAC lead installer. Looking for factory or apprenticeships in heavy equipment operator.
