Simple resume or CV creation with a sample

I'm in need of a professional to create a simple resume or CV for me. The resume should include my education and past job history, and feature a section devoted to the key skills that I possess. As I'm not sure if Ineed a cover letter created, too, I'm open to discussing this. However, I do not need any samples of existing resumes/CVs.
