Short resume - 1/2 page format

I am looking to craft a 1/2 page resume with a specific purpose and format in mind. This resume needs to be formatted for marketing and networking purposes, with no particular job or event in mind. A general idea is provided. I am looking for a standard template that will be used for this resume, with the format style being either chronological, functional or combination. Text will be provided for the writing of the resume.

This is a fixed price project. Once agreed and the project awarded no other funds will be provided!
