Resume writing

I need my resume updated. I haven't worked a traditional job in a decade. I have been working indecently in sales and have also been a VP of Sales for 2 companies and a co-owner of another. I need to get back into the workforce and need my resume updated. Is this something that you will be able to help with?

I have attached a copy of my resume from when it was last updated in 2012.
