Resume improvement & formatting -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer to help me improve the current format of my resume. I am targeting the finance industry, so my resume should be tailored to that field. Currently, my resume is formatted in a functional style that highlights my skills and accomplishments. I would like to keep the same style of format but need help bringing out the best in my resume. I am open to suggestions and would greatly appreciate any help in making sure that my resume is the best it can be.
