Resume help

I have a regular resume for corporate jobs but I am looking to start my own church soon and this is for a organization that will help convince them to help me launch a church. I am a youth pastor/youth lead I run youth at my church & I am at associates level in college taking theology I been going to church and volunteering there for 12 plus years.
