Resume formatting, review, document visual design ( reposting with more details)

I already completed the content of my resume in MS word(around 900 words, 2.2 pages, see attached document). I do NOT need content revision.
I need help to make the document more space-efficient and more visually appealing. I would like it to be simple but with some design. Nothing over the top, stick to layouts that HR are familiar with. And I need to be able to edit the file myself later.
Prefer someone with design or content editing experience.
British/Australian native speakers that could help me review the language can have additional rewards.
