Resume enhancer

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to enhance my resume. I want to improve everything, with particular focus on formatting and layout, content and wording, and overall presentation. I need help identifying my achievements and experiences to highlight on my resume,so I'm looking for someone experienced in this who can make suggestions to help maximize my skillset.
