Resume Update/Improvement

I have nearly 20 resumes of my web developers. Because they are all created using one online resume service, they all have a similar look and content. I need someone who can update those resumes to have different feelings and improve them to be more professional. For example, including numbers and metrics. They shouldn't feel like one person created all of them.
