Resume Review for Hungarian Candidates

We are seeking an experienced freelance HR professional to support our recruitment process for candidates based in Hungary. The role involves reviewing CVs, conducting initial HR calls in English, and providing detailed summaries with recommendations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing resumes to assess candidate suitability, focusing on candidates from Hungary.
* Conducting introductory HR interviews in English to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Preparing a summary report for each candidate, including a clear recommendation on whether they should proceed to the next stage.
