Resume Revamp for Utility Sector
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking to transition into the utility industry and need an update on my current resume to help secure a mid-level position.
Key Requirements:
- Attached resume is old and nothing of the new experience is added. Would like to add that in an elegant and simple way.
- CV must be attractive and easy on the eyes.
- No clutter please.
- Ability to highlight transferable skills and experiences
- Expertise in optimizing presentation for impact

Current company : MaSa for operation and maintenance services own by MARAFIQ.
Current Role : Supervisor of Meter reading and services.
Experience :
- Manage a team of 23 employees
- Maintaining Key performance indicators to measure the department performance and customer satisfaction.
- Serving all type of customers and ensuring the service is fully delivered.
-resolving and guiding customers through any difficulty and service outage.
- handling all type of projects external and internal.
-optimize work resources and enhance work processes.
-Validate all collected data in prior to billing for quality purposes.
- Expertise in SAP Hana production and generating reports, exporting necessary data.
- Have taken more courses for self improvement such as customer journey Mapping and PMP.
Please focus on the last two roles I have played so far.
