Rebrand a Resume to be Bustiness Executive/Leadership Style and Format

I need to rebrand my CV to be suitable for leadership/C-suit positions. I need your help in showing my talents, skills, and achievements (which are missing from or not showing in the CV). I have a detailed CV that I would like to shorten into 2-pages (max).
I need the deliverable to be in word file format.

- First Revision, which incorporates my first feedback.
