CV Need Small Changed

Hi
My CV has already been updated to a Professional format Just need a few changes.
*If you can pls attend to the following: 1) page margins and alignment, so that it can be printer friendly, currently lots of text is not aligned to the required page margins. 2) the bullets are not following the same tabs or the text is not aligned to the bullets. 3) pls make all font consistent in all pages 4) pls ensure the coloured blue lines are within the margins. 5) im unable to edit or delete my profile picture and there is a little haze line above and below, pls see what you can do to make it editable 6) pls add page numbers in a footer, footer to also include my name, number and email id.
