Need Resume Created/Generic Cover Letter

Hello! I'm looking for someone who can create a professional/designed resume for my friend. I have their work history and a couple skills. I don't need any coaching or anything like that. Hopefully some key words/descriptions based off the work history I'll send. Also looking for a cover letter that is generic where you replace the company name/X skills that has some keywords in there.
$15 flat rate, I don't mind if you already have a premade resume/cover letter as long as it looks good. The descriptions don't have to be poetry or anything, just professional sounding descriptors based off the job listed.
