Need Professional written/ redesign re- sume for Professional Engineer.

The CV needs to clearly communicate my expertise, unique experience, accomplishments, and career goals. this mean it should have grammatical error free. I have recommendation and need to incorporate his the new CV and it will shared once its awarded. The CV shall be completely redesigned to attracted recruiter. The CV focuses what I have achieved. The CV should appear clean, uncluttered, and appealing to the eye. The CV needs to include more keywords and skills to help position me as a stronger candidate. the CV shall be compatible with applicant tracking systems (ATS) I have attached three files as reference. 1) Old resume and excellent format, but its does not have my last 8 years experience. 2). its draft to my up to date experience. 3). my accomplishment during the last 7 years. 4). a cover Letter the bedder shall have experience writing CV for professional engineer.
