On our www.matching.works platform users are able to use professional field-tested resume templates that follow the exact ‘resume rules’ employers look for. Easy to use and done within minutes.
When users want to save/download their resume (PDF / Word formats), they have to accept the user agreement and create a profile for 'My Matching.works' environment. Users can from then on login and manage their own data and crate as much as resumes / templates as they want.
Matching.works can actively match and find matching jobs and propose to candidates. Matching.works receive notifications on matching jobs, which are proposed in the 'My Matching.works' environment.
