Longtime Technical Professional Resume Needed

I'm looking for a technical professional to help me create my IT resume. My ideal resume format would be chronological, and would also include a cover letter. I need help crafting the content of the resume, so any advice or experience on structuring the resume for an engineering position would be much appreciated. I'm hoping to find someone who is up-to-date on the latest resume trends in the industry as well as seasoned with experience creating IT resumes. As this is an engineering position, I'm also looking for someone who has a technical background or experience in the engineering field already. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This is a "feeler" project to solicit bids from interested professional resume writers. The final project will be reposted and will include IP and NDA agreements to be completed before any work commences.

I have previous resume from 2021. Need to freshen and add entries since last updated.

Am looking for a DOC or PDF version that I will be able to maintain.
