Improve my resume

I am looking for someone to help me review my CV with an eye of spinning my work experience in certain directions ... e.g. I've founded and been part of a number of start-up companies, leveraging my creativity and business acumen to further develop successful businesses and exit plans.
Today I comfortably working with a multinational software company as Director of a business development regional unit, nevertheless I want to sharpen the tip of my spear: my CV. and cover letter.
We shall start during an introductory call to look at my resume and side letter, describe the ask (the spin) and define the desired outcome. Agree on your final offer and get to work.
