Finalize resume design layout

Urgently seeking a skilled professional designer who can help me create a visually appealing and polished resume design. I already have all the necessary text and do not require any editing or writing assistance. The main focus is on transforming the plain text into an eye-catching and well-organized layout. I am open to purchasing a template if that helps achieve the end result quicker as I have procrastinated all my time away. :)

Project handoff would include final, proofread copy in plain text, and couple take and stop attempts of mine and a few examples of what I had in mind.
