Enhance CV or Resume of a HR Professional

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in developing an existing CV or Resume of a HR Professional to an executive level CV. The freelancer should have prior experience in revamping CVs to reflect the position requirements and also be familiar with ATS compliant resumes. In addition, LinkedIn page optimization would be an added benefit.
