Edit my resume

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help edit my resume. I currently have a combination style resume, but I'm not sure if I should maintain the current format or change it. I'm open to suggestions. My target job sector or industry is tech. I'm hoping to find someone who can refine my resume and help me emphasize the skills, experience, and qualifications that are most relevant to the tech industry.
