Create a resume and cover letter template

Hi I am a student studying the final year of a Bachelor of Counselling. I need help creating a resume that catches employers attention. This would be my first role however I have a lot of personal attributes that would be very suited to counselling/mental health related work. I would prefer to have someone help me who is working in counselling, mental health or community work or who has helped people applying for these roles.
