Cold Caller for Entry-Level IT Recruitment
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking a dedicated professional to generate leads for recruitment through cold calling. The target is entry-level positions in the Information Technology sector, specifically for vacancies posted on Internshaala.com, for the Job Vacancy that I've Created.
Its based on Web Development Full Stack & Digital Marketing Technologies - Training & Internship - Hiring a Team of (say) 10, particularly Freshers.
Key Requirements:
- Search (on Internshaala) & Identify potential candidates via cold calling
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales
- Ability to engage with and attract entry-level candidates
Please note, the ideal candidate for this job will have a background or understanding of the specific technologies related to the position being recruited for.
Its One Time Task (Mostly) & payment will be based on Recruitment.
Recruitment involves selecting the interested candidates for casual interview round, and nothing else!
Has to do Cold Calling to the Tech Graduates on Internshaala, and telling them about the Training & Internshsip opportunity & also onboarding them to the Joining Demo. Thats it.
Want Max. Leads for the Webinar attending, and I can choose mostly 10 Candidates as per my req.
