Building a resume for jobs

I'm looking for someone to help me build a resume that targets mid-level roles. I don't have any resume material yet, but I'm looking for someone who can provide both a brief summary and great detail in the resume they create. I know that creating the perfect resume isn't easy, but I'm hoping to find an experienced professional who can craft a document that will make me an attractive candidate for mid-level job roles.
