Build resume in Microsoft Word (template provided)

I have my current resume in MS Word that I would like to put into a different format (PDF template provided of what I want it to look like). Resume should be created in a way that it will be scanned correctly by automated resume scanning tools that are used by most employers. Evidence of this must be provided.
