Build my resume

I was a business owner for 21 years and forced to shut down due to the Pandemic. My company developed hospitality point of sale software (I was NOT a coder - my employees were). I was in sales and "running" the company. I am trying to find employment and honestly, I feel as though me being a business owner scares potential employers away OR my resume isn't prepared well. I am truly unsure what I would like to do which makes it even more difficult for me to prepare my resume for a specific position. I am looking for guidance. Thank you in advance.
