Some ideal qualifications for the job include:

- Strong resume and cover letter writing skills
- Ability to guide me in tailoring my application materials to different organizations and roles within the HR industry
The ideal freelancer for this project should be experienced in:
- Full application submission: Completing job applications on my behalf with attention to detail and time efficiency.
- Crafting tailored cover letters: Capable of producing engaging, industry-specific cover letters that sell and align my resume with the exact requirements of the job.
- Resume Optimization: Able to revamp my existing resume, emphasizing skills and experiences relevant to the target industries and improving its visibility in applicant tracking systems.
This task requires a person with excellent written skills and prior experience in recruitment or career consultation. A deep understanding of the mentioned industries will be a significant advantage.
Note - You need to apply aproximately 200 relevant jobs. You will get fixed amount like INR 2000 (negotiable). But there is one perk , for every interview call , you get INR 200. So more relevant jobs and more customised resume and better cover letter you apply , more are the chances to get a interview call for client. (if you are even able get 20% interview i.e. 40 then you can get INR 8000 extra)
