I am looking for a freelancer to create an installer package for Windows.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating installer packages for Windows operating system
- Familiarity with software compatibility and requirements

The installer package should be compatible with specific software or applications, although the client is not sure about the specific ones. It is important to note that the installer package should be able to work seamlessly with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, the client may have other specific software or applications in mind, which they will specify later.

The ideal freelancer will have the following skills and experience:

- uninstaller
- updater

Wizard should be able to handle.
1. Install usb driver
2. MS SQL database - Database, query scripts
3. IIS server configuration
4. Rest API
5. Console application

Would be ideal to experience and able to show skills.
