Novu Integration Support Needed

I’m in the middle of rolling out Novu and have run into an integration problem that my developer and I can’t pin down. I need someone who has hands-on experience wiring Novu into production systems to jump in, review our implementation, and guide us to a clean fix.
You’ll get access to our repo, current configuration files, and any logs you need. From there, I’d like you to isolate the root cause, implement or outline the corrective steps, and walk us through the changes so we understand exactly what was done. Clear, annotated code or configuration snippets are essential, and a brief hand-off note explaining the solution will wrap things up.
If you’ve previously integrated Novu—especially the notification workflows, API hooks, and environment setup—this should be straightforward. Familiarity with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and typical CI/CD pipelines will help you move quickly.
