Seeking Expert for osTicket Customization & SMS Integration via Seven
We are looking for an experienced osTicket developer or consultant to help us customize and tailor the system to our organizational needs and integrate SMS functionality using Seven.io.
Scope of Work:
Full customization of osTicket: departments, SLA plans, email templates, ticket forms, workflows, user roles, and other configurations.
Integration of SMS notifications through Seven ([login to view URL]) using either existing extensions or a custom-built solution via API.
Ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
(Optional) Basic training/documentation for staff on using the platform.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with osTicket customization and setup.
Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL (for custom development or extensions).
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with SMS gateways, ideally with [login to view URL] or similar services.
Nice to Have:
Experience with self-hosted environments (Linux, Apache/Nginx).
Ability to offer ongoing maintenance or support after initial setup.
