WordPress API Integration

My client company has their own customized ERP system, also they have a WooCommerce website, now all the member orders and data are in the WordPress backend.
But they have to additionally download these orders and data's excel file from WP backend, and then upload these files into their own ERP system by themselves.
Their request is to have a linkage (API) between this two systems, when a member places an order on the website, the relevant information will be sent directly to the sales and inventory area of the ERP system.
