Sigenergy API Integration Module Development

I need a developer to create a code module that integrates with Sigenergy inverter cloud APIs to manage telemetry and control.
Key Tasks:
- Connect to REST APIs for live/near real-time telemetry retrieval:
- Energy production
- Battery status
- Error codes
- Battery charge/discharge
- Sigenergy EV chargers (if not supported by our OCPP interface)
- Push data to an MQTT broker with a provided topic and payload structure.
- Implement an onboarding REST API endpoint to register and link inverters to a "site", storing metadata in PostgreSQL.
- Enable control of inverters via MQTT and corresponding REST API endpoints.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Rust programming
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and MQTT
- Familiarity with telemetry data handling and inverter systems
