Python Backend Engineer Needed

I’m expanding the backend team behind our AI-driven platform and need a seasoned Python engineer who can keep everything fast, reliable, and secure as we grow. Our stack is centred on Django, running in Docker containers on AWS, with a solid SQL database layer underneath. You’ll take ownership of new and existing APIs, tune data pipelines for speed and resilience, and profile system bottlenecks until latency drops to the bare minimum.
Day to day you’ll architect clean, well-tested services, pair with the DevOps crew on CI/CD tweaks, and brainstorm with the product and frontend folks to ship features that feel effortless to the end user. If you’re at home designing RESTful endpoints, structuring schemas, and squeezing extra performance out of PostgreSQL or MySQL—while keeping an eye on cloud-native best practices—I’d love to collaborate.
Production experience with Django is a must. Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask is welcome because we occasionally spin up micro-services where lighter frameworks shine. Comfort with AWS tools, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code will help you hit the ground running.
