Need API / JSON RestAPI OAuth2.0

I am in need of someone that can develop API to connect Memberclicks to Map-Dynamics. Need to connect a database from Memberclicks to MapDynamics Floorplan. They have given me directions for API. We would like to begin this project in the next week or so but we need consulting with API developer for direction on fields for mapping.
