Full-Stack Laravel & Flutter Developer for Petpooja POS Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are Reach B4U, a food delivery platform operating with a Laravel Backend and three Flutter mobile applications (Customer, Restaurant, and Delivery Partner).
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a complete, two-way integration between our Laravel backend and the Petpooja POS System. We have already secured Sandbox access and completed the necessary IP whitelisting for the server.

Integration Target: Petpooja POS API (V2)
Scope of Work
1. Menu Synchronization (POS ⮕ Laravel ⮕ App)
Objective: Automate menu updates so that changes in the POS reflect immediately in the Customer App.
Task: Develop a Push Menu webhook in Laravel to receive JSON payloads from Petpooja.
Requirement:
Parse Categories, Items, Variations, Add-ons, and Taxes.
Update the products and categories tables in the database.
Pricing Logic: Implement "Mirror Pricing." The backend must store the exact price received from the POS (specifically the online_price or delivery_price if available) without applying any internal commission markup logic.
2. Order Relay (Customer App ⮕ Laravel ⮕ POS)
Objective: Push orders placed in the Flutter App directly to the Restaurant's POS terminal.
Task: Implement the Save Order API.
Requirement:
Map internal Order IDs and Item IDs to the Petpooja JSON format.
Handle complex order details including Item Variations, Add-ons, GST Taxes, and Cooking Instructions.
Ensure proper handling of "COD" vs "Online" payment flags.
3. Order Status Sync (POS ⮕ Laravel ⮕ Apps)
Objective: Keep all stakeholders updated on the order progress.
Task: Implement the Callback URL endpoint.
Requirement:
Listen for status updates from the POS (e.g., "Accepted", "Food Ready", "Dispatched").
Trigger FCM Push Notifications to the Customer App ("Order Accepted") and Delivery Partner App ("Ready for Pickup") based on these status changes.
4. Inventory & Store Management
Objective: Prevent orders for out-of-stock items or closed stores.
Task:
Implement Item On/Off Webhooks to update in_stock status in the database in real-time.
Implement Store On/Off Webhooks to automatically open/close the restaurant on the platform based on POS status.
Deliverables
Fully Functional API Endpoints:
POST /webhook/menu-push (Menu Sync)
POST /webhook/order-callback (Status Sync)
POST /webhook/item-stock (Inventory)
Order Relay Service: A Laravel Service class to format and send orders to the Petpooja save_order endpoint.
Database Migration Scripts: Any necessary schema changes to map Petpooja restID, itemID, and taxID.
End-to-End Testing: Verification of the complete flow: Menu Update ⮕ Order Placement ⮕ POS Receipt ⮕ Status Update ⮕ App Notification.
Prerequisites
Experience with REST API integrations (specifically POS or eCommerce systems).
Familiarity with SSH Tunneling (required to test the Sandbox environment locally via our whitelisted VPS).
Strong knowledge of Laravel Queues (for handling webhooks asynchronously).
