Project Description
We are looking to develop a web-based SaaS/MVP focused on digitizing financial operations.
The project covers both backend API and frontend panel development.
Our goal is to build a scalable, clean-code foundation that can be extended modularly in the future.
This is not a “single-page website” — it is a real product infrastructure.
General Scope
1. Backend (API)
RESTful API architecture
Authentication & Authorization (JWT or similar)
Role-based access control (e.g., admin / company user)
CRUD operations
Email sending (password reset, notifications, etc.)
Excel/CSV import (optional but a plus)
Clean, well-documented endpoint structure
Technology preferences (open to suggestions):
Node.js (NestJS / Express) or
Python (FastAPI / Django Rest)
PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
ORM usage preferred
2. Frontend (Web Panel)
Modern, responsive web interface
Dashboard structure (KPI cards, tables, listing screens)
User login / password reset
Forms, list views, and detail screens
Light / Dark mode (preferred)
Full integration with backend APIs
Technology preferences:
React / Next.js
Tailwind / MUI / or similar modern UI libraries
3. General Expectations
Clean, readable, and well-structured codebase
Version control (Git)
Basic documentation (setup, environment variables)
MVP mindset: no unnecessary complexity, but not amateur
Open and clear communication during development
Project Status
The project will be developed from scratch
Detailed workflows and screen lists will be shared with the selected developer
The architecture should support adding new modules in the future
