:: Brief Description ::
Hi, I wish to download videos from zoom via the Zoom API, stored on the cloud storage of a Zoom account. The problem is that it's not a straightforward API that will give video links. Bid only if you have a deep understanding of Zoom API.
:: Core Requirement ::
Videos will be uploaded to the Zoom Cloud storage multiple times per day. I want a mechanism that will help me get
1. The new video download URL, as soon as the meeting is over & video is processed on Zoom cloud. This can be via a POST request to my domain/IP endpoint.
2. Option to download the video in different quality formats like 360p 480p.
3. All other details like email addresses of meeting host, time of the meeting, date of meeting.

1. A clear explanation of how to achieve this task.
2. Dummy code for fetching the details mentioned above in the core requirement. (Language can be PHP, Python, Shell Script, or C)
